Job Description
- Location: Chinle AZ 86503
- Weekly Pay rate: $2592 - $2808
- Shift: Day/Night Rotate 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
- Guaranteed Hours: 36
Responsibilities:
- Perform pediatric patient assessments and develop care plans based on clinical findings.
- Administer medications and treatments safely according to physician orders.
- Monitor vital signs symptoms and responses to treatments.
- Educate patients and families on health maintenance disease management and post-discharge care.
- Accurately document patient care in medical records.
- Participate in emergency response situations and provide age-appropriate interventions.
- Maintain safety infection control and HIPAA compliance at all times.
Qualifications:
- Education: ASN required; BSN
- License: Active RN license in Arizona or Compact State Required
Certifications:
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Required
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) Required
Experience Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of Pediatric nursing experience
- Prior experience in rural tribal or IHS settings.
