About the Role
A rapidly growing e-commerce company with a portfolio of successful online retail stores is looking for an empathetic results-driven Sales Associate to join their remote team. As part of a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment youll have the opportunity to grow within the organization work autonomously and be mentored by experienced professionals in the e-commerce space.

Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers via phone email and live chat to assist with sales inquiries product recommendations and order support
- Nurture and manage leads through thoughtful follow-up and effective communication
- Build expert knowledge of products features and benefits to confidently educate customers and drive conversions
- Deliver exceptional customer service by resolving inquiries and concerns with urgency clarity and empathy
- Support administrative tasks including CRM updates order entry and documentation
- Collaborate closely with the Head of Sales and wider team to meet sales goals and contribute to process improvements

Requirements
- Minimum 8/10 English verbal communication skills (clear professional and confident)
- Typing speed of at least 50 WPM
- Prior experience in sales or customer service ideally in an e-commerce setting
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and patient tone
- Ability to handle multiple communication channels and manage follow-ups
- Comfortable working U.S. Eastern Time hours
- Quiet professional home office setup with fast reliable internet
- Experience with CRM software is a plus
