Job Title: Child Development Expert & Facilitator

Timing: 9 am to 5 pm; 5 days a week with alternate Saturdays working

We are looking for a passionate Child Development Expert & Mentor who can guide young learners through progressive play-based and inquiry-driven learning experiences while working closely with parents educators and the community.
Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate Child-Led Learning: Design and implement personalized learning experiences based on children s interests strengths and developmental needs.
Interdisciplinary Teaching Approach: Seamlessly integrate language math science arts and social-emotional learning into engaging activities.
Support Multi-Intelligence Growth: Adapt learning experiences to cater to various intelligences (linguistic mathematical spatial musical kinesthetic interpersonal intrapersonal and naturalistic).
Create an Experiential Learning Environment: Encourage hands-on sensory-rich and real-world learning experiences both indoors and outdoors.
Mentor & Guide: Support children s emotional and social development while also mentoring parents and caregivers on child-led learning principles.
Collaboration & Community Engagement: Work closely with fellow educators parents and community experts to create a holistic learning ecosystem.
Assessment & Documentation: Use alternative assessment methods (portfolios observational notes and learning journals) to track and reflect on each child s progress.
Qualifications & Skills:
Knowledge and interest in Early Childhood Education Child Development Psychology or a related field; includes a parent of unschooled or homeschooled children who were actively involved in training and mentoring
prefer a foundation in child-led play-based and interdisciplinary learning models (Reggio Emilia Montessori Waldorf etc.
Experience working with children in a progressive learning environment or alternative education setting
Ability to create stimulating exploratory and real-world learning experiences
Excellent communication and mentorship skills to support both children and parents
Passionate about holistic child development emotional intelligence and inquiry-based learning
Adaptability creativity and patience in working with young learners
Preferred:
Training and/or hands on experience in Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) Positive Discipline and Neurodiversity-Inclusive Practices
Experience in nature-based or outdoor learning approaches
Familiarity with STEM and Arts integration for early childhood education
