Quality Incharge is responsible for ensuring products or services meet customer expectations and adhere to defined quality standards. This role involves overseeing quality control processes conducting inspections and implementing improvements to enhance quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Quality Control: Develop and implement quality control procedures and policies.
Inspection and Testing: Conduct inspections and tests of products or services to ensure they meet specifications and standards.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of inspections tests and findings.
Data Analysis: Analyze data related to quality control processes identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.
Communication: Communicate quality issues to relevant parties including management suppliers and customers.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement new procedures and techniques.
Training: Provide training to employees on quality standards procedures and best practices.
Supplier Management: Work with suppliers to ensure they meet quality requirements.
Adherence to Standards: Ensure compliance with legal standards industry regulations and company policies.
Waste Reduction: Identify and implement strategies to reduce waste and improve production efficiency.

May oversee quality audits and conduct root cause analysis of defects.
May be involved in the design of products to ensure they meet customer needs and adhere to legal and safety standards.
