Maintain placement records and track KPIs such as placement ratio average package and recruiter feedback.
Collaboration & Communication
Work closely with academic and operations teams to ensure student readiness for interviews.
Guide students on resumes LinkedIn profiles mock interviews and placement etiquette.
Market Intelligence
Stay updated with hiring trends skills in demand and domain-specific requirements to improve placement outcomes.
Requirements
3 5 years of proven experience in placements corporate relations or recruitment in EdTech or technical education sectors.
Strong network in the tech industry especially among hiring managers and HR leaders.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Familiarity with technical profiles (like Data Analyst Software Developer Cloud Engineer etc.).
Result-oriented with a track record of meeting placement targets.
