Job Description
Position Title: MERN Stack Developer
Timings: 4:00 pm to 1:00 am (On-Site)
Location: Plot # 176 Korang Road near Rahat Bakers I-10/3 Islamabad

Position Purpose:
We are looking for a talented Full Stack Developer with and experience to join our team. The ideal candidate would have extensive experience creating and delivering web apps using frontend and backend technologies. The Full Stack Developer will be in charge of designing creating testing and supporting web applications that match our clients needs.
Requirements
Education and Professional Qualification:
- Bachelor or equivalent degree from a reputed educational Institute preferably in computer programming computer science or a related field.
- Certification(s): Not mandatory but certification in a relevant field is a plus.
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Full Stack/MERN Stack Developer.
- Experience building APIs.
- Hands on experience on Figma Adobe XD and developing backend web-pages and websites.
- Familiar with GitHub and its version control.
- Experience with responsive and adaptive design.
Responsibilities:
- Understanding client requirements and functional specifications.
- Writing well-designed testable efficient code for software and applications and performing test reviews.
- Developing implementing and testing APIs.
- Consuming and building robust SOAP and RESTful APIs.
- Integration of multiple data sources and databases into one system.
- Understanding fundamental design principles behind a scalable application.
- Responsible for solving complex technical issues.
- Maintaining high standards of quality for code documentation and other deliverables.
- Optimizing output to match the specific platform.
- Implementing automated testing platforms and unit tests.
- Implementation of security and data protection.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with JavaScript Development on both client and server-side.
- Front-end development skills in TypeScript React/Redux.
- Back-end development skills in NodeJS/Express Rest APIs GrahpQLs.
- Database experience in MySQL Postgres or MongoDB. Experience with ORM like sequelize is a plus.
- Experience with NextJS React-Native is a plus.
- Experience with services of AWS or Azure and CI/CD.
- Working on Server-side rendering technologies like NextJs and Gatsby.
- Experience Integrating GraphQL with Web apps.
- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Git.
- Familiarity with the whole web stack including protocols and web server optimization techniques.
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving aptitude.
- Polished communication (written and verbal).
