Job Description
This is a remote position.
We re looking for a proactive tech-savvy recruiter to join our team. You ll manage the full recruitment cycle especially focused on real estate & bookkeeping hiring. If you re great at building relationships working independently and sourcing top talent remotely we d love to meet you!
What You ll Do:
Work closely with clients (mainly in real estate) to understand their hiring needs
Source qualified candidates using job boards social media referrals and more
Screen and interview candidates to ensure skills fit and readiness
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
Handle salary discussions and offer negotiations
Build and manage a talent pipeline for future hiring
Lead recruitment team by improving processes
Track key recruitment metrics and provide performance reports
Requirements
- 2 years of full-cycle recruitment experience preferably remote
- Strong background in real estate hiring is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Proactive organized and can manage multiple roles independently
- Tech-savvy comfortable using and understanding ATS (knowledge in Recruit is preferred) and recruitment tools
- Experience working with global clients
