Were working with a highly regarded litigation firm in Los Angeles that is seeking a Litigation Associate with at least 2 years of experience in personal injury litigation. The ideal candidate with have experience in catastrophic injury product liability or general negligence claims.
This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney ready to take ownership of complex cases and work closely with a respected Partner who provides direct mentorship and career development guidance.
What Youll Do:
Handle all aspects of litigation from discovery through trial
Take and defend depositions of both fact and expert witnesses
Draft and argue substantive motions
Prepare discovery requests and responses in multi-party cases
Assist in trial prep including witness/exhibit lists motions in limine and coordination
Communicate effectively with clients and opposing counsel
What Theyre Looking For:
2 years of personal injury preferably in catastrophic injury product liability or general negligence claims.
JD from an accredited law school (top-tier a plus)
Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar
Strong writing analytical and case management skills
Able to work independently in a fast-paced billable environment
