Make an Impact

Were looking for a detail-oriented and motivated person to join our Treasury team. As a subject matter expert you will work closely with finance leaders on important tasks like managing cash and liquidity working with banks and handling debt. The right candidate is skilled with managing money and liquidity operating treasury tools and reducing financial risks.

Cash and Liquidity Management

• Track daily cash and liquidity across global bank accounts.
• Create and update short- and long-term cash flow forecasts.
• Manage extra cash and liquidity through smart investments.
• Work with other finance teams to improve cash processes.

Banking and Treasury Operations

• Manage relationships with banks and negotiate fees.
• Open and close bank accounts following company policies and controls.
• Oversee payments like wires ACH and international transfers.
• Use and manage treasury systems and banking tools.

Risk Management and Compliance

• Monitory and manage risks with banks and investments.
• Follow company policies and government regulations (like SOX AML/KYC OFAC).
• Make sure treasury systems meet audit internal controls and security standards.

Strategic Projects and Reporting

• Participate in decisions about debt investments and capital planning.
• Create reports and dashboards for leadership.
• Help improve treasury processes through automation and new tools.

What You Should Bring

• Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics or similaror equivalent work experience (MBA or CTP a plus).
• Experience in treasury operations with the ability to work independently and provide guidance to others
• Strong knowledge of cash management and financial tools.
• Experience with ERP systems (like SAP or Oracle) and TMS (like Kyriba).
• Skilled in Excel; financial modeling is a bonus.
• Able to clearly share ideas stay organized and work well with people from different teams
• Experience in real estate or private equity is helpful but not required.

• 401K:Bridge Investment Group will match your contributions dollar-for-dollar up to 6% of your pay. These contributions are fully vested immediately. Eligible employees are automatically enrolled at a 4% contribution rate. *The employee must be at least 21 years of age and have worked for the Company for at least 60 days.
• Paid Time Off: Employee will accrue 5.23 hours of paid time off per pay period for a total of 17 days per year.
• 11 Paid Holidays per year.
• Following six (6) months of employment at the Company you will be eligible per birth adoption or placement of a child for four (4) weeks of paid parental leave as the primary caregiver to the child or two weeks of paid parental leave as the secondary caregiver to the child. Following two years of employment at the Company you will be eligible for twelve weeks of paid parental leave per birth adoption or placement of a child if you are the primary caregiver of the child.
• Tuition Reimbursement: Up to $5000 per year of pre-approved tuition expenses will be reimbursed upon submission of approved documentation. Repayment obligations may apply if employment terminates prior to 24 months.
