Job Description
The CMMS Planner is responsible for supporting the planning execution and follow-up of all maintenance activities. This persons responsibilities include all activities and system functions in the CMMS program ensuring effective utilization following T5 and the customers overall guidelines.
Qualifications :
- Provide technical support to all CMMS users including planning all preventive maintenance activities (PM) performed by suppliers or internally.
- Act as the secondary point of contact and expert on CMMS-related issues.
- Collaborate closely with the customers Global CMMS Support team regarding CMMSs ongoing operation and development.
- Collect feedback from users to identify areas for improvement of CMMS tools.
- Assist in communicating changes in CMMS processes procedures or system configurations to users to ensure compliance with operational requirements.
- Coordinate with site management to align PM and Non-PM plans.
- Manage user access in CMMS.
- Update and maintain CMMS to ensure compliance with the customers CMMS standards.
- Relevant education in engineering or a related field.
- Experience with technical support and CMMS administration preferred.
- Good understanding of preventive maintenance practices and operation in a critical environment.
- Knowledge of CMMS platforms (e.g. AssetEssentials Maximo SAP PM etc.) and related software applications.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Ability to work both independently and in teams in a dynamic environment.
