The Role
We have an exceptional opportunity for a Head of Planning to join our Group Technology team. This senior leadership role is responsible for driving the strategic direction and execution of IT capital planning and program delivery across the Crown Resorts Technology team.
You will lead the development of technology investment plans oversee program governance and ensure the successful implementation of transformation initiatives. This role plays a critical part in aligning IT strategy with business performance financial goals and long-term growth.
You will be responsible for:
- Leading the planning and delivery of IT programs and transformation initiatives across the Crown Resorts Group.
- Developing and executing the commercial IT strategy to support financial and business performance.
- Overseeing governance reporting and continuous improvement of Group Technology processes.
- Managing vendor relationships service agreements and commercial negotiations to ensure optimal value.
- Implementing capital and operational budgeting frameworks and providing commercial recommendations.
- Promoting the value of IT investment and driving adoption of technology platforms to achieve business success.
- Leading a high-performing team and fostering a culture of innovation accountability and collaboration.
About You
This role is ideal for a strategic and commercially minded leader with deep experience in IT planning program delivery and financial management. Youll bring a strong ability to influence lead change and deliver results in a complex fast-paced environment.
You will also bring:
- Proven experience in leading IT capital planning program management and commercial strategy.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting forecasting and financial analysis.
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and vendor management skills.
- A track record of delivering large-scale transformation initiatives.
- Strategic thinking and the ability to align IT initiatives with business goals.
- Strong leadership capabilities with a focus on team development and performance.
- Excellent communication problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
