Position type: HourlyPlansee USA is looking for a Production Support team member. 1st Shift: Monday - Friday; 6:00 am - 2:30 pm.
RESPONSIBILTIES:
- Operate manufacturing equipment (i.e. ultrasonic cleaning tank tumbler deburring) achieving print specifications including quality and through-put.
- Work from established procedures and prescribed operation sequences to achieve parts per print and quality specification.
- Perform hand rework functions such as deburring polishing sorting counting packing and part cleaning.
- Operate water-based part cleaning equipment to clean parts.
- Return tool crib items to stock and perform tool crib cycle counts.
- Clean-up and maintenance of equipment in shop areas as needed.
- Perform material reclaim chip spinning functions.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School diploma or GED. 1 to 3 years in a manufacturing production environment.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement techniques.
- High level proficiency in reading and interpreting machining and fabrication drawings.
- Solid math geometry and trigonometry skills and understanding GD&T.
- Strong attention to detail ability to communicate effectively and work in a team environment.
