Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruiter with 24 years of experience to join our team. This role requires a well-rounded recruitment professional who is equally comfortable handling high-volume non-IT hiring (e.g. customer service operations retail etc.) and standard IT recruitment (developers analysts etc.). The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong sourcing skills exceptional communication and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced multi-functional recruiting environment.
- This is an onsite role: 5 days a week in our NYC office
- Pay rate is $50/hr to $60/hr on W2 with no benefits
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and develop role-specific recruitment strategies for both IT and non-IT roles
- Source candidates using a mix of job boards social media platforms databases employee referrals partners and networking
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for high-volume non-IT positions such as customer support operations staff sales reps and more
- Handle full-cycle IT recruitment for roles including software engineers QA testers system admins and business analysts
- Conduct screening calls to assess candidates skills experience and alignment with company culture and job requirements
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide timely updates to all stakeholders
- Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure compliance with hiring processes
- Support onboarding and pre-employment processes as needed
- Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports on hiring status pipeline activity and hiring trends
- Contribute to employer branding and talent marketing initiatives to attract diverse and high-quality applicants
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business or related field
Must have Skills:
- 24 years of full-cycle recruitment experience with a strong track record in both IT and high-volume non-IT hiring
- Proficiency with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter Indeed Naukri etc.) and applicant tracking systems (e.g. Workday Greenhouse SmartRecruiters)
- Solid understanding of technical and non-technical job profiles and hiring practices
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships across teams and with candidates
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple requisitions efficiently
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced high-growth environment
Good to have skills
- Prior experience recruiting in staffing agency or RPO environments
- Exposure to recruitment in industries such as retail BPO fintech or software development
- Familiarity with background check and onboarding procedures
