• Serve others within your community in their time of need

• Responsible for responding to emergency property damaging situations.
• Work hard and take pride in completing projects (i.e. mitigating flood and fire damage)
• Accountable for preserving as much of the property as possible while working safely and efficiently on the job site
• Be empathetic and show a sense of urgency while communicating through modern technology
• Be the lead technician on the job.

• High level performance of water mitigation tarping board up mold remediation asbestos/lead abatement and carpet cleaning/reinstallation services according to Paul Davis and industry specifications under the supervision of the Mitigation Manager.
• Take the lead on mitigation restoration projects including but not limited too: create assignments and coach other onsite technicians manage robust customer communications including setting expectations for the job and close-out mitigation job when complete.
• Focus and dedication to providing excellent customer service.
• Be accessible by phone and participate as necessary in the on-call schedule.
• Responsible for unloading and reloading assigned vehicles with equipment
• Keep equipment clean and organized in the shop
• Responsible for unloading trash in assigned areas
• You will assist other team members as you see opportunities arise and be a leader for the team when needed.

• Desire to join a world-class team and contribute a positive attitude.
• 2 years of restoration and mitigation experience .
• Lead technician restoration experience highly desired.
• Dedication to customer service.
• Fluent in English.
• Valid drivers license with a clean record.
• Ability to lift 100 LBS frequently.
• Desire to continually learn new things.
• Comfortable with driving a truck with trailer attached when needed for jobs.
