A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A PARTS SALES EXPERT
As a Parts Sales Expert you begin your day by greeting customers and assisting them in selecting the appropriate parts to ensure the efficiency and productivity of their operations. Your expertise allows you to recommend products tailored to each customers needs fostering strong relationships and trust.
Throughout the day you maintain the cleanliness and organization of the retail area providing a welcoming environment for our customers. You adeptly handle customer issues by following established procedures ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolutions. Each day you contribute to our mission of facilitating agricultural success and innovation.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 1 years experience in the agriculture parts business
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent customer relationship skills
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office and the Internet
- Ability to listen effectively and interpret customer needs
- Physical ability to stand climb bend for extended periods lift 50 lbs regularly and spend extensive hours on a computer
