Working Days/Hours:
Saturday/Sunday 2:30p - 10p
PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Respond to all incoming and outgoing telephone calls in a professional manner directing in-coming calls to the appropriate staff member.
- Greet all visitors to the Residence and announce their arrival to appropriate personnel.
- Keep a log of students being picked up the time the person that picked them up and what time the student will be returned.
- Keep the Nurse and Division Directors advised of each students return. Call the appropriate person to return the student to his/her division.
- Maintain coverage of the phone and the desk at all times.
- Forward parent questions to the individual in charge of division.
- Separate and distribute paper supplies to each division.
- Type and proofread Individual Service Plans as assigned.
- Assist in taking sick calls if Supervisor is unavailable. Fill out a report of attendance and insert it in the Division Directors notebook.
- Maintain and bring daily to the Education Office the inter-office paperwork/correspondence envelope.
- Prepare and Review necessary items for students community activities; such as van key money vehicle log.
- Maintain the reception area and keep it neat and orderly.
- Maintain an adequate supply of necessary and frequently used forms.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the Supervisors and Residential Directors.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum one year secretarial /office experience required
- Computer knowledge required
- Must be able to work in a fast paced environment possess strong communication skills and be able to prioritize and organize
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment
