What Were Looking For...

We are seeking a team-oriented Operations Associate/Installation Coordinator for our growing branch location. This position works to ensure installation teams are well-trained with a goal of quality work and a positive customer experience.

The Installation Coordinator will be in constant communication with Installers and customers throughout the flooring installation process. The candidate must have leadership qualities strong organization skills and communicate well with various personality types.

What Youll Do...

• Oversees recruitment development and supervision of third-party flooring contractors
• Assists customers and Installers to identify solutions to installation-related issues
• Routes/schedules team of contract installers daily
• Visits new installers job sites to inspect work quality and compliance with company standards
• Maintains order status daily and update company software with pertinent data
• Works to maintain both customer satisfaction and Installer business relationship

Whats Required...

• 1 years of experience managing staff; contractor management preferred
• 1 years of experience in the flooring and/or home improvement industry preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work a five-day 40 hour work week including availability on some Saturdays. Additional days or hours may be required based on volume and seasonality in addition to the flexibility to take calls afternoon/evening and/or weekend hours.
