Job Title: Digital Innovation Manager
Location: 2 T.W. Alexander Drive Research Triangle Park NC 27709
This is a hybrid role with 3 days onsite and 2 days remote (optionally).
Shift Timings: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science Business Agriculture or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in technology scouting consulting or a related role preferably within the agricultural sector.
- Proven experience in implementing and managing innovation initiatives and digital products.
- Solid understanding of emerging technologies digital trends and their application in the agricultural industry.
- Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence and engage a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Demonstrable project management skills with a track record of leading and implementing technology projects successfully.
- Experience with Artificial Intelligence projects is an advantage.
- Innovative thinking and knowledge for digital technology and agriculture
- Track record of identifying and implementing technological solutions.
Responsibilities:
Digital Innovation Manager - Agricultural Solutions
We are looking for a forward-thinking Digital Innovation Manager to join our Agricultural Solutions AgroStart Team.
This individual will identify and implement cutting-edge digital technologies in Agriculture to solve customer pain points and fulfill business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively scout for emerging digital technologies and digital trends relevant to the agricultural sector with an emphasis on finding solutions that drive business growth and efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and identify potential technological solutions.
- Lead the consulting process for internal teams on technology adoption and digital innovation. Provide guidance on how technology can solve challenges improve services or create new business opportunities.
- Foster a culture of innovation within the organization and help build capabilities for a better partner experience
- Present the potential value of new technologies and provide recommendations based on potential return on investment and alignment with business goals.
- Maintain strong relationships with external tech vendors and partners and leverage these relationships to stay ahead of industry trends and developments.
- Work closely with Digital Product Owners and IT delivery leads to develop and implement Digital Products.
- Support regional Artificial Intelligence projects
Comments/Special Instructions
- This role doesnt require ongoing travel but there might be 1-2 innovation events per year where travel overnight might be needed. This is a hybrid role with 3 days onsite and 2 days remote (optionally).
