You will play a key role in keeping our workspaces running smoothly and ensuring employees across all regions receive the support they need. Your main focus will be managing our internal service desk which has recently been centralized across the US LATAM EMEA and APAC regions. During Dutch office hours you will be the first point of contact for employee queries globallyvia chat and emailand responsible for resolving a wide range of day-to-day questions particularly first-line IT issues. For more complex IT problems you will coordinate with our external IT partner.
While the service desk and IT support will be a significant part of your role your responsibilities extend well beyond that. Working closely with the Workspace Partner you will help maintain the physical workspace of our Rotterdam office (140 employees) as well as support our London (25 employees) Paris (5 employees) Berlin (20 employees) and Singapore (20 employees) offices. Youll have the opportunity to engage in a wide range of Facility Management processes and initiatives.

Over time youll have the opportunity to help professionalize the service deskbringing in more structure data insights and scalable processes to support SKIMs global growth. This isnt an immediate priority but a valuable area where your ideas and contributions will be welcomed.
