At Aviva were on the hunt for a talented Conversational Designer to craft seamless intuitive experiences that truly connect with our users. Our User Centred design team help define how millions of customers partners and employees engage with our digital products. Youll work on cutting-edge conversational interfaces- from chatbots to voice assistants ensuring a smooth and natural experience. Skills & experience were looking for:
- Strong experience in conversational design and UX writing strong expertise in chatbot technologies and NLP exceptional copywriting abilities and a collaborative analytical mindset suited for fast-paced cross-functional environments.
- Strong experience in UI design methods and principles including design systems for both web and app. Delivering pixel-perfect designs that adhere to Avivas brand guidelines and design standards.
- Ability to lead projects from discovery through to delivery gathering requirements and actionable insights to inform design and iteratively test with customers to optimise the experience.
- Collaborating closely with colleagues from across Aviva to deliver the best outcomes for our customers including Product Engineering Data UX Research Accessibility and Legal
- Highly skilled in using design tools such as Figma Figjam Photoshop Illustrator Optimal Workshop and Adobe Analytics

- Starting salary between c. 55000 and 65000 (depending on location skills experience and qualifications)
