Position Overview:
We are seeking a full-time Engine Power Center (EPC) Service representative to support technical marine engine repower needs.
This position provides quality technical service support and administers warranty for Engine Power Center products & customers nationally. Coordination of information between fellow team members other departments other Brunswick divisions and suppliers will be required as necessary.

Essential Functions:
- Providing excellent customer service
- Processing customer orders/changes and administration of warranty
- Providing technical support on installing and selecting EPC products
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced high call volume environment and have good communication skills
- Must be detail-oriented and have strong organizational skill
- Communicate with customers sales staff suppliers and dealers as required

Knowledge Skills and Ability Requirements:
- Verbal and written skills for communicating effectively
- Interpersonal skills for dealing with others effectively
- Ability to take on assignments on short notice and meet tight deadlines
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office: Outlook Word & Excel
- Knowledge of or ability to learn: AS400 MercNet Electronic Parts Catalog & Midas
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Associate degree or equivalent experience
- 5 years of customer service experience
- General engine and/or boating knowledge as well as knowledge of general marine parts and accessories is necessary
The anticipated pay range for this position is $53100 - $83800 annually. The actual base pay offered will vary depending on multiple factors including job- related knowledge/skills relevant experience business needs and geographic location. In addition to base pay this position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
At Brunswick it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the salary range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent upon the specifics of the candidates qualifications and the business context.
