Develop and drive an efficient strategic plan for base build capital and facilities space management through multi-functional department. Coordinates portfolio of planned capital facilities projects and help shape strategic decisions. Define and lead multi-disciplinary efficiency projects. Provide support for cost and schedule estimates and justification for approval Works with appropriate personnel to address problems or make corrections. Use data analytics to drive action improve performance gain efficiency and achieve cost savings. Build and maintain budgetary planning models outlining capital trends and forecasts. Use root cause analysis to effectively resolve issues and is highly engaged in key problem resolution. Provide base build consultation and capital support to Operations Maintenance Manufacturing and other department/sites. Support executive and corporate requests/assignments. Partner with key collaborators to identify gaps and opportunities for equipment/process efficiencies. Support benchmarking activities on operational procedural and engineering facilities systems. Maintain applicable subject area knowledge such as budget planning space management theory forecasting etc. Collaborate with customers on the funding status and future budget planning for base build projects. Present and explain monthly capital requests to facilities leadership and executives. Coordinate facilities budgets with labs shops manufacturing and corporate to drive effective planning. Partner with capacity planners operations and construction teams to calculate risk prioritization numbers (RPN). Participate in mid to long term infrastructure planning for facilities in support of the overall company plan.
