Reports to: Operations Manager Location: Lakewood CO

Position Overview:

We are seeking a full-time Project Coordinator to join our growing team in Colorado. This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity to support complex construction projects while gaining hands-on administrative experience in the field of electrical construction.

The Project Coordinator will assist project managers field personnel and operations teams by managing documentation coordinating logistics and ensuring the smooth flow of communication across all phases of a project.

Work Schedule: MondayFriday 7:00 AM4:00 PM (in-office with possible occasional site visits

The Project Coordinator will possess:

  • 13 years of relevant experience preferred but not required
  • Associate or bachelors degree from an accredited college/university is a plus
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Collaborative and proactive team player
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365
  • Positive attitude and eagerness to grow professionally
  • Willing to take initiative and assist outside of core responsibilities as needed

Primary duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Manage the 811 utility locate process including submitting requests coordinating with utility companies tracking responses and maintaining accurate documentation
  • Take ownership of the permit acquisition process including submitting permit applications tracking approvals and coordinating with municipalities and internal teams
  • Maintain organized electronic job files and records
  • Assist with the preparation of submittal logs RFIs change orders and closeout documents
  • Support project managers in coordinating deliveries updating as-built drawings and providing documentation to accounting
  • Prepare correspondence reports meeting minutes and distribute project documentation
  • Help facilitate new-hire orientation and badging coordination
  • Generate and distribute jobsite reports and weekly labor hour summaries
  • Track rental equipment office supply inventory and delivery intake
  • Maintain jobsite SDS manuals and submit OCIP and Certified Payroll Reports
  • Provide general office support and assist as needed to maintain workflow

Compensation Range: $24.00 - $30.00/hr.

Other Compensation: Eligible to receive an annual discretionary bonus in accordance with Company policy.
