The Boeing Company is seeking an Associate Electrical Design and Analysis Engineer. As part of Boeings Space Electronics divisionyou will oversee and perform the design analysis manufacture integration and testing of electronics for satellites. This position is located in El Segundo CA.

Position Responsibilities:

• Analyzes customer and system requirements to develop basic architectural approaches and detailed specifications for various electronic products

• Develops high-level and detailed designs consistent with requirements and specifications

• Validates designs through various methods of review testing and analysis

• Identifies tracks and statuses technical performance measures to measure progress and ensure compliance with requirements

• Supports Supplier Management with make/buy recommendations and other technical services of limited scope

• Provides engineering support throughout the lifecycle of the product

• Investigates emerging technologies to develop concepts for future product designs to meet projected requirements

• Works under general direction

• Design and lead the development of state-of-the art power and analog electronics for space-based applications

• Duties will include circuit design requirements and interface definition modeling and analysis testing performance and design verification

• Perform Technical support for production and test of space-qualified electronics and leading-edge technology

• Analyze customer and system requirements to develop basic architectural approaches and detailed specifications for various electronic products

• Develop high-level diagrams and detailed designs consistent with requirements and specifications

• Validate designs through various methods of review testing and analysis with emphasis on Power Supply Analog and/or Digital Circuit Design

• Identify track and status technical performance measures to measure progress and ensure compliance with requirements

• Provide engineering support throughout the lifecycle of the product

• Investigate emerging technologies to develop concepts for future product designs and design/analysis processes to meet projected requirements

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology) chemistry physics mathematics data science or computer science

• Experience in Analog Digital and/or Power Electronics

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Experience with Power conditioning electronics control system design and theory

• Experience with Circuit design and analysis with focus on Power Supply Analog and/or Digital design

• Experience with Electronics test methodology
