In this leadership role you will be required to maintain organization and structure to assist casework staff in their job performance duties. You will supervise caseworkers who investigate Child Protective Services (CPS) General Protective Services and provide direct and case management services to abused and neglected children and their families. Work involves distributing work-related tasks and responsibilities reviewing permanency plans to ensure goals are being met and ensuring documentation is in compliance with agency policies. You will have the opportunity to meet individually with caseworkers to review and discuss cases.
