Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to lead end-to-end Skill Operations ensure effective use and compliance of the Skill India Portal and support our skill development initiatives in line with government guidelines and operational targets.
Designation/Profile:
Skill Coordinator/ Operation Coordinator
Skill Set Required:
- Skill Operations Management:
- Ensure timely achievement of targets allocated under skill development programs.
- Identify process improvement areas and support the implementation of best practices in operational efficiency.
- Skill India Portal Proficiency:
- Manage all portal-related activities including candidate registration batch creation attendance assessments and certifications.
- Ensure regular updates data accuracy and compliance with applicable government schemes and guidelines.
- Cash Flow Management:
- Candidates should be capable of monitoring and achieving cash flow targets as set by management.
- Government Liaising and Business Development:
- Proficiency in liaising with government officials is essential.
Candidates should have a proven track record in lead conversions and actively contribute to business development initiatives.
