Job Purpose
You will play a crucial role in our business by recording and managing customer orders. You will provide a central order processing service that exceeds our customers expectations and improves customer loyalty for all AkzoNobel brands.
Job Responsibilities
Provide superior levels of customer service.
Process purchases efficiently and accurately from initial order entry to final delivery.
Handle incoming orders via email and phone.
Action orders in SAP.
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure processes are developed & continually improved to gain maximum efficiency & consistency.
Handle & resolve customer complaints.
Develop relationships with colleagues & customers to maintain brand loyalty.
Job Requirements
GCSEs to include Maths & English(A-C) or Equivalent NVQ or AS Levels
IT literate & comfortable using computerised business systems.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Good telephone manner.
