The Role & The Team

As the Leading Performance and Insights Specialist you will act as the technical lead for the Performance and Insights team. In addition to providing expert applied technical guidance you will design develop and implement intelligence-focused performance dashboards analytics and related products and reporting that delivers multi-domain performance and risk insights spanning WHS security noise environment customer engagement.
Your underpinning knowledge in data engineering analytics and technical program management and capability to coordinate across a diverse portfolio of products and stakeholders ensures data integration governance and integrity in an increasingly risk and insight driven operating environment.

The Person
You are an expert in data management data analytics and delivering data driven insights for your stakeholders. As a strong collaborator you enjoy working across multiple disciplines to deliver reliable performance reporting results and self-service dashboards to support your customers in managing their business operations.
Your expertise is underpinned by deep technical knowledge around data engineering constructs a commitment to data quality management and a desire to share your expertise through coaching others.
