Job Description
Serra Toyota is part of the Serra Automotive Group (Serra) one of the largest and fastest growing automotive retailers in the nation.

- Preparing & presenting estimates to our customers and/or insurance agents
- Verifying and checking on the timeliness and accuracy of the necessary parts
- Staying in contact and updating our customers on their vehicle and claims process
- Maintaining existing relationships with insurance agents
- Establishing relationships with new insurance companies and agents
- Ideal candidate will have 2 years of previous estimating experience (preferred)
- Detail oriented and career minded
- Strong background in customer service and excellent organizational skills
- Ability to read/interpret documents and procedures manuals
- Must have a valid Wisconsin Drivers License
