JOB DESCRIPTION:
Responsible for engineering developing and implementing quality manufacturing system elements that comply with regulatory standards. Help guide mentor and train engineering and other departments on regulatory requirements; and utilize understanding of FDA ISO AS ANSI ASTM and other regulatory standards. Assist in surveillance of quality management system. Develop and modify procedures to comply with regulatory and standard requirements. Support efforts of regulatory compliance for REACH RoHS Conflict Minerals. Lead internal client and regulatory audits. Perform analyses to identify common and significant problems and adverse trends. Ensure timely management of complaints related to regulated products in accordance with regulatory requirements. Responsible for Keytronic internal audit program. Is member of the committee for the guardian project (EH&S and social responsibility project)
Requires travel within the U.S. and Mexico up to 15%.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Education: Bachelors or foreign equivalent degree in Manufacturing Engineering Mechatronic Engineering Mechanical Engineering or related engineering field
Experience: Two years of experience in:
- Manufacturing Regulatory Knowledge;
- Compliance Management;
- Risk Assessment;
- Audit and Inspection Management;
- Policy Development;
- Quality Control;
- Performing Training for engineering professionals;
- Project Management; and
- Internal Auditing of quality system and environmental and social responsibility specifically ISO 9001Iso 13485 ISO 14001 Iso 45001 IATF 16949 and as 9100
