Details:

ReNuke Services is seeking a Project Manager I for our clients site in Raleigh NC!

Description:
Facilitate implementation of the annual work plan for all projects on the planning horizon with a focus being on the civil/site work as it pertains to this work. Consult with stakeholders to gather annual work plan data set priorities and make the adjustments needed to effectively match work and resources for work balance. Deliver a cost effective and efficient resource plan to the scheduling function utilizing approved civil/site vendors. Monitor and optimize long range implementation plan and direct required schedule changes. Perform site visits and coordinate with the civil/site vendors in addition to internal stakeholders. Initiate and conduct monthly work plan meetings with stakeholders to ensure that business goals and objectives are being met by adhering to the plan and making necessary adjustments.


Details:

Requirements:
20 years experience in the civil/site industry General Contracting or Project Management.

Work schedule: 10 hrs. a day (6 to 4:30 or 6:30 to 5:00 or 7 to 5:30)

Travel: Yes 50 to 75 miles round trip per day average from Garner Office. Occasional site visits to Asheville South Carolina and Southern NC are required.
