Key Role & Responsibility:
- Be a focal point to Linde customers w.r.t. Linde Plantserv / After Sales activities
- Act as a Business Development & Sales Manager for Linde Plantserv products
- Clear understanding of customer expectations and requirements. Accordingly coordinate with internal stakeholders in preparing and submitting Techno-Commercial Offers
- Contributing to business development plans. Achieve targets to grow the Linde Plantserv to maximize volume and profitability
- Should be a solution provider / identifier
- A flexible attitude to working hours which are sometimes influenced by factors such as the need to complete the job or the availability of the client
- Self-discipline and the ability to decide priorities in a rapidly changing commercial environment
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
- Act as a Project Manager for small / medium/non- critical project
- Record & Implement lessons learned
- Strictly adhere and implement IMS Procedures or workflows. Record/Document any deviations -if Any
- Should work independently
Technical / Subject Knowledge:
- Knowledge of EPC functions
- Prior Experience in any of two fields: Oil & Gas Petrochemical HyCO or Air Separation technologies
- Preferably a Process / Technical Services /Operations / Commissioning Background resource
- Prior experience in sales / Project management would be an addedadvantage
Soft Skills:
- Customer Focus Ownership Agile & Can-do attitude is must for this role
- Cross-cultural communication skill has importance as the role deals with multicultural customers (in India & SEA) & internal stakeholders from round the globe
- Self-motivation inspired by success enthusiasm drive and initiative directed towards achieving positive outcomes
- Leadership quality for driving solutions
- Should speak/write/read good English
- Shall be ready to take up different challenges work independently and shall have a strong desire to learn with learnability
