Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in designing user interfaces for websites and mobile applications.
Collaborate with developers and project managers to translate business requirements into creative designs.
Create wireframes mockups and user flows using design tools like Figma Adobe XD or Sketch.
Conduct user research and usability testing to understand user needs and identify pain points.
Stay up to date with current UI/UX trends and best practices.
Work on design iterations based on feedback from stakeholders and users.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Design Computer Science or a related field.
Basic understanding of UX principles responsive design and user-centered design approaches.
Proficiency in design tools like Figma Adobe XD Sketch Photoshop or Illustrator.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
A strong portfolio of UI/UX projects (academic freelance or self-initiated).
Enthusiastic to learn and grow in a team environment.
Preferred (Good to Have):
Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
Internship experience in UI/UX design.
Familiarity with prototyping tools and motion design.
