Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Supply Chain Associate to support our inventory and procurement operations. This role is critical in maintaining accurate stock records optimizing material flow and ensuring efficient supply chain execution across multiple locations. The ideal candidate will have experience with ERP systems (preferably SAGE) and a strong understanding of inventory control best practices.
- Manage the receipt of inventory into the ERP system (SAGE) to ensure timely and accurate data entry.
- Execute and documentinventory transfers between multiple warehouse locations.
- Performinventory reconciliation to maintain accurate stock levels and investigate discrepancies.
- Lead and coordinatecycle counts to support regular audits and continuous inventory accuracy.
- Create and managePOs including vendor communication follow-up and updates in the ERP system.
- SupportPO lifecycle management ensuring timely delivery and proper documentation.
- Coordinate and communicate withvendors to confirm order status resolve delays and ensure accurate and on-time deliveries.
- Provideshipping and receiving support including preparing shipments generating packing slips and working with logistics providers.
- Conductdata analysis and reporting on inventory accuracy purchasing trends and supply chain metrics to support operational decisions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to execute other supply chain-related tasks as assigned including process improvements and special projects.
- 1-3 years of experience in a supply chain inventory or operations role.
- Proficiency with ERP systems (SAGE experience preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced multi-location environment.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with vendor coordination and logistics is a plus.
