What Youll Do
Own the inventory track usage set optimal stock levels slash obsolescence and keep the shelves turning fast.
Source like a shark negotiate with OEM and aftermarket suppliers for pricing availability and fillrate guarantees.
Lead the crew hire coach and motivate a highperformance parts team that loves winning together.
Serve & sell partner with our service lane and wholesale customers to get the right part first time every time.
Drive profitability set strategic pricing analyze turns & gross and hit aggressive GP goals.
Stay compliant keep us spotless on audits safety and manufacturer standards.
What It Takes
Proven track record running an automotive parts department (dealership experience preferred).
Deep knowledge of OEM parts catalogs DMS/POS systems and inventory best practices.
Magnetic leadership styleyour team cant wait to follow your lead.
Solid communication chops with techs vendors and retail walkins.
Must pass preemployment background check MVR review and drug screen; we maintain a drugfree workplace.
