About the Opportunity:
Responsibilities:
Manage complex calendars appointments and travel itineraries for C-suite executives (CEO COO CFO).
Serve as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
Draft proofread and manage communications including emails reports and presentations.
Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings and ensure follow-ups are completed.
Handle phone calls messages and correspondence with professionalism and discretion.
Track budgets process expense reports and oversee company credit card and cell phone accounts.
Provide personal assistance to the CEO and family including travel and household management.
Support real estate operations by maintaining leasing documents collecting tenant payments and verifying insurance and event agreements.
Troubleshoot minor IT issues and liaise with external IT providers.
Oversee office supply inventory equipment maintenance and subscription management.
Collaborate with HR to post jobs source candidates and support onboarding processes.
Qualifications:
Proven experience supporting C-suite executives as an Executive Assistant.
Strong background in calendar management travel planning and office administration.
Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and master new systems.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook).
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities and occasional work outside of regular hours.
Bonus: Experience in office management customer service or real estate admin support.
