Now Hiring: Bar Manager
Coopers Landing Friendswood TX
Coopers Landing is looking for an experienced and motivated Bar Manager to lead our beverage program and deliver top-tier guest experiences in a fast-paced coastal-inspired atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily bar operations staff scheduling and inventory control
- Hire train and manage bartenders and barbacks
- Ensure consistent high-quality beverage service
- Monitor and maintain proper liquor cost and waste control
- Create and update cocktail menus seasonal specials and bar promotions
- Enforce TABC health and safety compliance
- Deliver exceptional hospitality and resolve guest concerns quickly
- Collaborate with FOH/BOH teams to drive sales and efficiency
Qualifications:
- 2 years of bar management or lead bartender experience
- Strong knowledge of spirits beer wine and mixology
- TABC and Food Handler certifications required
- Proven leadership communication and organizational skills
- Must be available nights weekends and holidays
- Passion for hospitality and building a strong service-driven team
