Your challenge
- Supervise the entire machinery transaction process from inspection to delivery
- Identify inefficiencies and boost scalability through automation and AI agent integration
- Manage international transport logistics and negotiate with third-party carriers
- Oversee customs clearance for imports/exports outside the EU
- Facilitate and supervise international contract closings and money flows
- Track customer satisfaction and resolve claims quickly and effectively
- Coordinate seamless handovers to our accounting team
- Help build a transaction engine capable of handling 2000 deals and 100M annually by 2028
Your profile
- Degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Some relevant work experience from internships or first jobs
- Native German speaker with strong English communication skills
- Passionate about improving processes and digging into root causes
- Tech-savvy and excited about automation and AI applications
- Comfortable with numbers and highly structured in your work style
