We are currently recruiting for a passionate Technical Officer for the Nursing and Midwifery group to support the Simulation and Practical Experience team and ensure the delivery of high-quality simulation and practical related learning activities predominantly across Nursing and Midwifery and the Health Group collectively.
Under the supervision of the Team Leader and guidance of Senior Technical Officer School of Nursing and Midwifery you will be responsible for providing technical support for laboratory/teaching space practical classes in both Anatomy and Physiology practical teaching activities and Clinical Simulations including set up pack down and procurement.
This position will also be responsible for implementing and responding to Work Health and Safety policy procedure guidelines and risks to contribute to a safe working environment for staff and students. This is a collaborative Professional (non-Academic) position where you will engage with academic colleagues and other professional staff as well as students.

This is a continuing full time position primarily based at the Griffith University Logan Campus. As Griffith is a multi-site University you may be required to work across other locations.
Griffith Universitys sites are located on the lands of the Yugarabul Yuggera Jagera Turrbal Yugambeh and Kombumerri peoples.
Salary Range
The full time equivalent base salary will be HEW Level 4 range $73623 - $77680 per annum 17% superannuation. The total FTE package will be in the range $86138 - $90885 per annum.
