Non-Licensed Position
Position: Girls B Basketball Coach
Location: Charlotte Central School (CCS)
Charlotte Central School is seeking a Girls B Basketball Coach for the 2025-2026 school year. The ideal candidate will have experience playing or coaching Basketball and a commitment to fostering a positive team experience.
Season Duration: November 17th February 17th
Practice Schedule: Weekdays 3:00 PM 4:30 PM or 4:30 PM 6:00 PM
Game Schedule: Games are at 4:00 pm or 5:00 pm primarily on TU / TH
Responsibilities:
- Organize and supervise daily practices and scheduled games.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance individual and team performance.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all student-athletes.
- Communicate effectively with players parents and school administration.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in basketball coaching and/or playing.
- Strong leadership and motivational skills.
- Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive team environment.
Compensation: This position is classified as a Category B activity under the co-curricular contract with compensation determined by the Collective Bargaining Agreement.
