What does a Mitigation Lead Technician with Paul Davis do

Our Lead Technicians have the level of expertise to lead and direct mitigation through thoughtful leadership.

- Hourly pay: $22.00 to $26.00/hour based on experience and certifications
- Dedication to customer service
- Fluent in English
- Valid drivers license with a clean record
- Have the ability to work nights/weekends and overtime on rotation
- Ability to lift 75 LBS frequently
- Desire to continually learn new things
- Water mitigation tarping board up mold remediation asbestos/lead abatement and carpet cleaning/reinstallation
