United Tool is seeking a strategic Production Supervisor to lead operations across 1st and 2nd shifts overseeing a skilled team of machinists and leads. This is a new role with the opportunity to shape our structure people and processes for the future.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead daily manufacturing operations ensuring safety quality and on-time delivery
- Train and mentor leads and machinists coach through technical and programming challenges
- Develop training processes and drive continuous improvement and process change
- Align quality with operations by enforcing ISO and QMS standards
- Provide strategic planning around staffing scheduling and equipment
- Drive accountability and support a high-performance results-driven culture
Qualifications:
- 5 years of CNC machining and turning experience (required)
- Proven leadership in a manufacturing environment
- Experience training and developing teams
- Strong understanding of ISO standards and quality management systems
- Success in process improvement and change implementation
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to lead with vision and inspire team performance
