Your contribution to something big:
- Manage deviations and customer complaints with a structured solution-oriented approach;
- Organize and lead problem-solving workshops and trainings;
- Develop and implement effective problem-solving tools across teams;
- Define and analyze quality KPIs;
- Design and optimize quality management processes;
- Support and prepare for external audits and regulatory inspections;
- Ensure quality standards are embedded in development processes;
- Contribute to customized quality models in contract manufacturing projects;
- Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications :
What distinguishes you:
- Education:
- Bachelors or Masters in Engineering or equivalent.
- Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in quality management;
- Proven project experience;
- Proficiency in data analysis and KPI development.
- Knowledge:
- Problem-solving methodologies (8D DMAIC SHainin etc.);
- Quality tools and software;
- Fundamentals in audit procedures and requirements (including ISO 9001).
- Languages:
- Mandatory English skills (C1 level);
- German skills are a plus.
- Personality:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Detail-oriented with innovative thinking;
- Effective team player with good collaboration skills;
- Result-oriented;
- Resilient.
