Overview
RiverView Health is a community owned membership based non-profit organization that was formed in 1898 and continues to be the sole community hospital in Crookston MN.
RiverView Health operates a 25 bed Critical Access Hospital RiverView Recovery Center; a chemical dependency outpatient treatment program RiverView Home Care and five primary care and specialty clinics in the hospitals service area.

Responsibilities
RiverView Health has apart time - night shift(24 hours/pay period) position open for aCertified Nursing Assistantto work in our Inpatient Unit and Emergency Department. This is a flexible staffing shift to fit your lifestyle. Applicant will be scheduled to work in 4 8 or 12 hour shift blocks of time.
This person will assist in the overall patient experience by working within a scope of practice as delegated by the Registered Nurses within our Inpatient you should expect while working in this role:
- Provide high-quality patient care under the supervision of nurses and medical staff.
- Assist patients with daily activities including bathing dressing and mobility.
- Monitor vital signs and report changes to the nursing team.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.
- Offer emotional support and compassionate care to patients and families.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirement(s):
Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license.
Preferred Requirement(s):
Previous experience in a hospital or healthcare setting.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a patient-first approach.

Wage Range: $17.68 - $24.76 (hourly) Shift Differential
Shift Schedule: Night Shift - (typical shift starts at 7pm) with flexible staffing in 4 8 or 12 hour shifts.
