Job Description
- Lead contract negotiations and manage supplier relationships to maximize value.
- Analyze supplier data products lead times and pricing to identify optimization potential.
- Identify and integrate new top suppliers to to build a superior supplier network serving all production centers in Europe.
- Develop and execute a European roadmap for costs savings and other supplier network improvements.
- Oversee and lead the improvement of all direct and indirect procurement processes with the Production department including system implementation ongoing analysis budgeting and cross-border benchmarking.
- Manage cross-functional data-driven projects and collaborate with stakeholders including top management.
Qualifications :
- .Proven experience in the area of procurement from a start-up a management consultancy a dynamic fast-growing company or from the automotive sector with 5 years of experience in procurement/supply chain management.
- Excellent communication and contract negotiations skills.
- Strong hands-on experience building procurement processes.
- Strong analytical skills attention to detail and the ability to draw conclusions from data.
- You are pragmatic solution-oriented highly organised and can work independently as well as in a team.
- Fluent English skills are a must German would be a plus.
