Were looking for a General Manager who can lead our team with energy integrity and a love for hospitality. If youre a hands-on manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to create a welcoming vibe for both guests and staffyoull fit right in.
What Youll Do:
Oversee front-of-house operations ensuring smooth service and top-notch guest experiences
Lead and coach FOH team members including servers bartenders hosts and bussers.
Jump in on the floor when neededlead by example during peak hours
Manage reservations waitlists and dining flow efficiently
Handle customer concerns with professionalism and care
Collaborate with the kitchen and brewery team for seamless communication
Maintain a clean safe and upbeat environment
Assist with hiring scheduling training inventory and performance management
Assist Chef with menu design & administrative work
Support special events beer releases and community nights
Who You Are:
2 years of experience in FOH leadership (brewpub or fast-casual experience a big plus)
Passionate about craft beer great food and genuine hospitality
Strong communicator and motivator with a calm confident presence
Microsoft Word Excel & CANVA experience a must
Comfortable juggling a busy floor while managing team dynamics
Proficient with POS systems (Skytab experience is a plus)
Available to work nights & weekends. We are closed all major Holidays.
