Essential Functions:
- Develops complete plans for the timely execution of all events the company participates in
- Develops excellent rapport with all major venues to insure maximum sales and distribution
- Supervises special events to ensure that excellent service is provided to our event customers at all times
- Sets merchandising standards for all events to guarantee maximum exposure for all of our brands
- Perform nighttime and weekend work as assigned
- Participate in company sponsored events festivals and other functions as assigned
- Ensures compliance with all Company and Governmental laws and regulations
- Ensures all equipment and product is in proper condition
- Assist and work with the On-Premise sales department weekly in key accounts with special promotions and promotional items to support our brands
- Assist with special events contracts
- Assist with special event annual budgets and planning
- Monitors and recaps all special events sales and SKUs
- Works with management on sales programs and special projects
- Performs other duties as assigned by management
Minimum Qualifications:
- Associate degree or equivalent from 2-year college or technical school or at least 6 months of related experience and/or training
- Valid CMV / CDL / Class A or B license
Physical Requirements:
Physical demands with activity or condition for a considerable amount of time include sitting and typing/keyboarding using a computer (e.g. keyboard mouse and monitor) or adding machine
- Physical demand with activity or condition may include occasional amount of time walking bending reaching standing and stooping
- May require occasional lifting/lowering pushing carrying or pulling up to 164 lbs.
