We are looking for a Technical Sales Representative to support our Sports channels. In this role you will promote MAPEI products provide technical assistance and training investigate product claims and collaborate with R&D on specialized projects nationwideall while building strong customer partnerships and driving sales growth.
Responsibilities
- Achieve or exceed sales targets for the assigned market by promoting MAPEI products within the Sports channels.
- Conduct product training sessions (virtual or on-site) provide jobsite troubleshooting and deliver technical recommendations and proprietary specifications.
- Serve as a key liaison to customers by developing strong relationships supporting purchasing decisions and offering guidance on inventory levels and stocking strategies.
- Provide technical support including field demonstrations claim investigations and jobsite reporting with documented follow-up actions.
- Collaborate with R&D on field trials product development competitive analysis and special projects to support innovation and customer needs.
- Gather and share market intelligence on customer trends and competitors; contribute to new product ideas and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Travel 2550% as needed to support customers attend trade shows and deliver monthly sales activity reports to management.
- Maintain a safe workspace adhering to all safety and quality standards.
- Perform other duties as required.

- In this role you will earn a competitive annual salary between $75000 and $100000 based on your experience and qualifications.
- This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus which is a variable percentage of your base salary based on individual performance and company results.

Qualifications
- External sales experience with a proven track record in relevant industry/products.
- Strong knowledge of the assigned market/industry.
- Valid drivers license and ability to travel within the territory.
- Bachelors degree preferred; high school diploma or GED required.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work independently.
- Proficient in Windows-based PC use including Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook) and Internet navigation.
