As a Partner Development Representative you will represent Databricks and our partnership org by connecting data consumers and data partners to discuss data sharing strategies. With a mix of strong process project management and creativity you will help drive new partnerships through both inbound and outbound conversations. You will work closely with our Partnership and sales teams to strategize expanding the relationship with our current partners. To accelerate our rapidly growing partner ecosystem were looking for agile team-centric professionals who demonstrate discipline compassion and technical curiosity to learn. You will contribute significantly to Databricks overall goals and have the opportunity to build valuable transferable skills to help grow your career on multiple paths.

The impact you will have:

  • Build knowledge of our technology and ecosystem of partners
  • Establish rapport with partner and data leaders
  • Understand the account teams & prospects needs and effectively communicate how Databricks Delta Sharing could elevate our partnership
  • Consistently meet the Partnership orgs business goals

Key Responsibilities:

  • As the subject matter expert you will demonstrate a deep understanding of our data collaboration ecosystem to successfully identify key partnership opportunities.
  • Onboard data partners to our data sharing ecosystem and share initial go-to-market strategies
  • Develop strong relationships with external consumers data providers and Databricks teams to ensure accounts get the resources training and support they need for successful data collaboration.
  • Enable internal field teams on upsell opportunities to expand market reach

What we look for:

  • 3 years of sales or partnership experience
  • Proficient in technical aspects related to data delta sharing and the intricacies partnership journey
  • Creative self-disciplined and proactive
  • Skilled in project management and fostering cross-functional collaboration
  • Motivated by purpose and by winning with a team-first attitude
  • Bachelors Degree Preferred
