Print Mail Operator
Location: Plano TX
Pay rate: $18.75 per hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday 6:00 am - 2:30 pm CST
About the Print Mail Operator Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliablePrint Mail Operatorto join our production team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in a high-volume mailroom environment and be proficient in operating commercial printing equipment particularly Canon Inkjet printers. This role requires physical stamina technical troubleshooting skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain commercial Canon Inkjet printers and related mailroom equipment.
- Prepare sort and process large volumes of mail and print jobs accurately and efficiently.
- Load and unload large volume paper rolls
- Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues to minimize downtime.
- Monitor print quality and ensure output meets company standards.
- Lift and move boxes and mail trays weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Stand for extended periods during production shifts.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean organized work area.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience operating Canon Inkjet or similar commercial printers.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Computer literacy and familiarity with print job software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment.
- Physically capable of lifting heavy items and standing for long periods.
- Be eligible to work in the United States
- Must be able to clear any necessary criminal background check and/or drug screening.
- Must be at least 18 yrs. of age.

For this position actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location experience and performance. In addition to base pay this position based on business need may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. The estimated salary range for this role is $18.75/hr.
